Shareen Elnaschie/ Co-founder + Program Director  - UK   Shareen  is an architectural + urban designer and action researcher. She has extensive experience working with marginalised communities on participatory mapping and planning projects. She has also previously tutored architecture and spatial design at postgraduate and foundation level.  Shareen holds an MSc in International Cooperation: Sustainable Emergency Architecture from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and a BA(Hons) Architecture (RIBA I) from London Metropolitan University.

Paige Anderson/ Mentoring Program Intern  - USA  Paige attended Emerson College in Boston for visual media arts production. There she discovered her love of teaching and graphic design, and served as president of the student animation production club. She has experience leading tutorials for design software and concepts, and has completed several visual marketing internships in Los Angeles designing for startup companies.

Enayat Foladi/ Photographer + Mentor  - Afghanistan  Enayat is a wildlife and landscape photographer. He is currently a participant in the Artists in Exile program developing a body of work focused on the birds of Lesvos and their habitats.  He also holds the record for having attended the most ODD workshops!

Olesya Olkhovskaya/ Mentoring Program Intern  - Russia  Olesya is currently studying Interior Architecture and Design at the British Higher School of Art and Design in Moscow. She developed an interested in architecture while attending Nashville School of the Arts in Tennessee. While studying at the university, she realized she would love to work in the humanitarian field, particularly in the field of sustainable emergency architecture.

Elli holds an honours in Business Science from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and is currently enrolled for a Masters in Commerce at UCT in the field of youth entrepreneurship.
