Shareen Elnaschie/ Co-founder - UK Shareen is an architectural + urban designer and action researcher. She has extensive experience working with marginalised communities on participatory mapping and planning projects. She has also previously tutored architecture and spatial design at postgraduate and foundation level. Shareen holds an MSc in International Cooperation: Sustainable Emergency Architecture from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and a BA(Hons) Architecture (RIBA I) from London Metropolitan University.

Lazaros Rafail Kouzelis / Visual Communicator - Greece Lazaros is a creative generalist with experience in commercial graphic design. He enjoys creative work in any form and has a special interest in multimedia, such as video games and other interactive experiences. He holds a BA in Multimedia and Graphic Design from the Technological University of Cyprus.

Delaney Swanson/ Creative Mentoring Program Coordinator - Canada Delaney is a designer with experience in service design, community engagement, and workshop facilitation. She's passionate about improving the services people need, particularly for those who are vulnerable, in a way that improves quality of life and service experience.   Delaney holds a Bachelor of Knowledge Integration with a minor in International Studies from the University of Waterloo, Canada. She's also a yoga enthusiast and teacher.

Elli Yiannakaris/ Mentor - South Africa Elli is the director of the Raymond Ackerman Academy (RAA), a program that affords youth from under-resourced backgrounds an opportunity to pursue tertiary studies and a career in entrepreneurship.  Elli holds an honours in Business Science from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and is currently enrolled for a Masters in Commerce at UCT in the field of youth entrepreneurship.
