Creative Mentoring Program: APPLY!
The ODD Creative Mentoring Program aims to connect aspiring and developing designers based on Lesvos, with an international community of professional designers that can help them to learn and improve their skills. The program will run continuously throughout the year and we will aim to make matches according to demand.
Individuals wishing to learn or improve creative skills (mentees) will be matched with individuals wishing to share their creative knowledge and experience (mentors) through a one-to-one supported program.

Mentors will:
Learn and practise coaching, teaching, giving feedback, etc.
Gain professional and leadership experience
Build social capital and develop professional (cross-cultural) relationships with other mentors and mentees
Be part of a creative mentoring community at ODD
Gain recognition of your efforts through a certificate of participation
Mentees will:
Learn or improve creative skills
Practice communication skills
Build social capital and develop professional (cross-cultural) relationships with other mentors and mentees

Develop and complete creative projects and/ or a portfolio
